We do however reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50p for debit card orders and 2% for credit card orders. |

| Your Statutory Rights: By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equating to the cost price of delivery plus any credit/debit card processing charges (2% for credit cards, 50p for debit cards). We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video and DVD products where the item has been unsealed. During the Christmas period, we are willing to exchange goods and items of clothing that do not fit (for the correct size) if they are unused, still with any packaging and tags they came with and in re-salable condition (ie not tainted with smoke, beer smells etc) if you notify us by Jan 2nd 2013 and return the item by Jan 9th 2013 but we can only offer refunds if you notify us within 7 working days after the day of delivery. Shipping charges at cost will also apply for exchanges. |
