| For price matching, you must take into consideration shipping charges - ie, if you want us to price match on a product costing £100 + £8.50 carriage that you have seen at another retailer, then that will mean we will price match at £108.50. |

| Orders under £50 are usually delivered by Royal Mail within 3 to 5 days. Heavy or large items or orders over £50 are usually delivered by FedEx. |

| For UK parcel deliveries, if you are not present at delivery time, you will be left a card stating your possible options for re-delivery. We are not liable for any extra charges made by Royal Mail if you request changes to your delivery address or any charges made for re-delivery. If your goods are delivered by FedEx, and you wish to change your delivery address, then you must contact them to change your delivery address before their 2nd attempt at delivery. We are not liable for any extra delivery charges made by FedEx if you request changes to your delivery address that are outside the scope of the above requirements. |

| We cannot be held responsible for occaisons where Royal Mail, FedEx or any other courrier fail to meet their delivery targets. If you receive a package that is damaged, has holes in it, torn, ripped or open then you must make a note of this on the form that you sign for your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for any loss without this. |
